疑遭撞后逃 少年伤重不治
二零零八年七月二十日 晚上八时六分

（槟城20日讯）少年与友人结伴参与日本盆舞节盛会后，在返家途中疑遭一辆轿车撞后逃，送院抢救数小时后因伤重终告不治。

这起撞后逃死亡车祸于周日凌晨时分，在植物园路发生。据悉，当时该名少年是乘摩托车准备返家，岂料路经事发地点时遭一辆轿车从后撞及，导致其伤及要害躺在路上，而该名肇祸司机在事发后却离开现场。

事发后，路经该地的途人见少年奄奄一息，急忙致电医院召来救伤车，将其送往槟城医院抢救。惟，少年伤及要害返魂乏术，于周日清晨7时告不治。

据悉，死者方汉祥（19岁），生前就读美以美男子中学，为一名先修班学生。家住牛汝莪一带，共有5名兄弟姐妹，在家排行第三。

方建明：与友人参与日本盆舞节

死者父亲方建明（49岁）在太平间受访时表示，儿子告知要去参与在旧关仔角举行的日本盆舞节，所以昨日晚上8时许就出门了。据他了解儿子是先前往友人家停泊摩托车，再与友人结伴共车到日本盆舞节盛会。

他说，他妻子在晚上11时许曾致电给儿子，叮嘱儿子早点回家，不过儿子当时告知要去电影院观赏电影，因此会较迟返家。直到今早6时许他与妻子到巴刹买菜时，接到女儿来电表示有警员上门通知儿子车祸入院，当时身在医院的深切治疗病房。

目击者受促提供线索

他强忍丧子之痛地表示，可惜当他和家人赶抵医院时，儿子已伤重身亡了。据悉，交警已接获死者家属投报，惟目前为止尚没接获有关轿车司机的投报。警方目前将以撞后逃角度调查此案，并呼吁目击者到警局提供线索，协助警方早日逮捕该名肇祸司机。

cause girl need to ran 4km but boy is 6km!!
